Pricing questions
How do I cancel?
Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store or Play Store subscription settings. Your access continues through the end of the current billing period.
Do you refund?
Refunds follow Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies. Contact help@cerebryx.ai if a charge looks wrong and we'll help you sort it out.
When does it renew?
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can switch off auto-renew in your store settings.
Why are prices different by region?
We show INR for Indian residents and USD elsewhere. Apple and Google handle local currency conversion automatically based on your store account region.
What about GST in India?
Prices shown for India are inclusive of applicable taxes. Apple and Google handle GST collection at checkout under their billing infrastructure.
